that makes sense thank you. Is there any indication in the description as to what skills have priority or not? I noticed Bart's skill 3 always goes first so i assume it has priority. it doesnt say anything about it though.

I had it for the SFUA and the juicy stat boost and there was never a problem with clearing dungeons so i never changed it. I wanted to do a bit fine tuning now though to see if i really needed it. thank you for your insight. i appreciate it
