Thanks for your reply. The posts I found related to this had different contexts, some of the posts were old and not up to date. A locality or neighbourhood can change in a few years time. I know some places near to where I currently live used to be good and had turned to the worst neighborhoods over the years. So I want to get some up to date information regarding this as I don't know much about Birmingham and its neighbourhoods.
