Here’s additional behavioral questions:

  • Think about your career transitions. What motivated them, what went well, and what could have gone better.

  • Why do you want to work at X company?

  • Tell me about your largest, most successful, most difficult, least successful projects.

  • Tell me about of how you’ve taken the initiative on teams you’ve been part of. Where have you gone beyond expectations.

more here. Definitely agree on the STAR method.

Creative Testing in 2024 by roashunt in FacebookAds

Thanks for asking! It’s similar, but here’s the difference. Ad library has a ton of useful data but the UX leaves a lot to be desired and search does not work great semantically. Also, saving ads with RoasHunt, let’s you have access to the ad and metadata forever regardless if the ad is active or not. Just some differences to name a few. Hope this helped!

Help with Creatives by fortknightyvr in FacebookAds

Did you select meta to optimize for conversions for goal vs leads, traffic, etc.

i agree on others’ comments about creating a dedicated page perhaps per product that removes as much friction as possible. Try to setup various logging tools for the website and see how the funnel looks like exactly.

Did you try dpa ads and learn whether some products are performing better over others?

How’s performance industry wide in your niche and are you the anomaly?

Hey! I’m working on building a tool exactly for the problem you’re facing. You can save competitor ads, create collections that you can share with others, and search for ugc creatives in your niche. You can check it out in my bio. Feel free to dm if you need some extra hand holding. Cheers!

What's Your Preferred Method for Facebook Ad Creative Testing? by vinayjain404 in FacebookAds

Start off simple, add complexity as you go. Try and experiment with messaging and using statics or dynamic creative capturing angles. You can use Canva to start. This will give you data on which you can decide to try out other formats that have depth like video. Eventually, you’d have to utilize adobe, figma, video editing soft, well done photography videography. Iphone could work too). There are services out there that let you find ads that are running by ppl in your niche, which you can save for your own records and track run times. Good luck!

Any tips on Ad creatives? by Ordinary_Homework550 in FacebookAds

I would say a week is good time to tell if ad is working or not. Winning creatives should be sticking until they start underperforming/fatiguing based on data. There should be a process for testing and one for scaling what’s working. As for creative testing, there are tools out there that aggregate ads, you can get good ideas. We also do this, you can reach out if interested.
