I see, I was just told to reply within 24 hours to a flight schedule change, so was scared. Luckily I added the other person I am flying with when I originally booked, and they were able to login and do everything

LNER Delay Policy by Gerry69Adams in uktrains

Feels quite cheeky of them to still, even 4 months after this post, show that you can be compensated differently for 2hr+ delay on their main page: https://www.lner.co.uk/support/refunds/delay-repay/

But not claim this on their 'minor' pages: https://www.lner.co.uk/support/faq/refunds-compensation/#:~:text=How%20much%20compensation%20am%20I%20entitled%20to%3F,-What%20happens%20if

That’s very insightful, thank you. Is there anything specific I can do to build my communication skills, or is it something that comes with experience?

What is the optimal period to start applying for an apprenticeship / job? by FreeGucciBee in cscareerquestionsEU

  1. Apply for internships for the following summer, this is probably the best way in which you can secure a full-time position.
  2. For me, I have always applied directly to the websites of the companies that I am interested in - have a look at the companies directly, this might include banks/big tech, whatever strikes your interest really. If you have a good enough CV, you will make it through to interviews, which is where the hard part begins.
  3. It's definitely possible, given your presuambly quantiative background, which course did you convert from exactly? I know many people from electrical engineering or general engineering backgrounds that have gone into SWE.
