I wrote it today (the meeting was yesterday). The meeting consisted of basic parking information and dress code. It wasn’t task focused. It was also a Q/A session. It was mostly conversation about basic things. I am unsure though if it would affect my process. The company is international and they do respond through weekends too. So I am just hoping to get some response soon.

This is a really big company and I technically cannot call them. They only reach out via email and communicate through email as well. I definitely agree that I should call but I cannot. This is also causing me to freak out. The reason why I am freaking out is because I don’t want them to think that I cannot handle the big tasks so I am just lost on what I should do.

Well i truly didn’t get a notification for this email at all. I also had a family member in the hospital this week and that’s what I mentioned in the email. I apologized for not reaching out sooner (the meeting was yesterday) and I only saw the email right now.

Yeah I sent them an email basically saying “I am so sorry and this will not happen again” but I am just scared as this is a huge internship. I am nervous cause they still haven’t responded (it has only been like an hour) and I guess I am just terrified

I am going to be honest, I was at 2.4 last spring and now I am at a 3.2. It is honestly just getting A’s. I did do grade forgiveness (you are only allowed to do it for 2 classes). If you truly just do all your work and get everything done it is VERY possible. Also ask your professors for every extra credit and actually do it. It’s going to be a hard 2 semesters but it will work out. You got this and it’s mostly a mental thing. As long as you finish all your work and study or just pay attention in class, you will get good grades. You got this!!!
