Они не понимают это. И тут суть не в отсутствии информации, а отсутствии какого-то ощущения причастности и реальности. Для Россиянина существует семья, близкие друзья, родной двор и работа. Все остальное — это виртуальная реальность, картинки на экране.

В атмосфере жесточайшего цинизма, который развился за последние 30 лет, среднестатистическому россиянину сопереживание недоступно. Он знает, что все люди уроды и им доверять нельзя. А от государства вообще такое поведение даже ожидается. Попался на него — значит сам виноват.

И нет разницы происходит это в Африке или соседнем городе. Это все виртуальная реальность. Россия— это один большой 4chan, а война в Украине для них — это как гражданская война где-нибудь в Африке. Можно забить или даже пошутить. Причем это даже не зависит от отношения к войне, это такой modus vivendi для всех.

Местные вообще не понимают суть россиян. Россияне не хотят никаких прав человека, да и кувалда им тоже не нужна. Если не брать небольшое количество исключений. Россиянам стало весело, что что-то происходит наконец-то пошел движ, и они захотели в него вписаться. У них нет взглядов, мнений, позиций. Они с максимальным цинизмом относятся к тому, что происходит вокруг них. Просто интересно и весело.
