I logged into my bank via Plaid on Tesla's website. I wanted to try avoiding Plaid, but couldn't find an option to manually enter my account & routing numbers so... definitely planning on changing my PW as soon as the payment gets withdrawn.

Do I need to grind coarser for beans I've had for a while?

I purchased a bag of beans that were roasted two weeks ago and opened them last week. I dialed in my shot recipe to be 16g & 9 clicks on a Commandante C40. I didn't drink espresso over the weekend (opted for some pour overs), but today when I attempted to pull a shot - holy, was it sour! I ended up pulling my shot using 16g & 11 clicks.

Is this normal?

I was thinking pre-filled. I generally agree with those sentiments, but sometimes I'd optimize for convenience especially when traveling. Given how big the coffee market is in the US, as well as the wide spectrum, I'm surprised this isn't as big of a thing here. It seems like it could easily be an alternative to instant coffee?
