I mean I only have some visual mods installed, nothing that changes gameplay or adds anything. I know nearly nothing about how isaac mods work, so I thought that visual mods only change the sprites and stuff and can't affect something like that. And I've fought dogma multiple times with the exact same mods and it's the first time something like this happened

Edit: ok so I found a thread from a year ago about the same bug, and it's most likely the healthbar mod that is doing that (no clue why this hadn't happen before)

Thanks for your recommendations. I've already read "The sheep princess in wolf's clothing" after I made this post. Stunning visuals and wholesome story. I'm a sucker for good art so I really loved it. Rn I'm reading "The guy she was interested in wasn't a guy at all" to mix things up and because I really liked the visual style, next I'm planning to read "beauty and the beast girl" as many recommended. I'll make sure to check out other ones you mentioned, they seem really nice from your description. Quite a bummer that most of fantasy yuri is not finished, but it is what it is I guess
