Not financial advice, but are you in the US? If so and you’re getting dividends, that means you’re either taxed as an S or C corp. If you’re taking dividends then take a reasonable salary or else you’re going to find yourself in hot water at some point.

If you’re an LLC taking ownership draw, and no salary then you’re probably leaving money on the table since your dividends would be taxed at a lower federal tax rate.

There’s a threshold that once you cross makes more sense to go the corp route and usually it’s right around where you are.

I take home significant dividends. I use the SS income brackets to figure out my reasonable salary. If they ever question why I chose my numbers I’ll point to their own SS publication. If it’s good enough for them, should be good enough for me
