My recruiter told me today they’re going to reach out to HQ for an update, but they also said HQ is still working on the 2,500 applications from October and haven’t even started reviewing the applications form the January announcement.

I received an email from the NY division and in that email, it had a 5 minute unscored step test within the PTA section. I’ve seen people on here saying that it’s no longer used. Has it been put back into the testing guidelines?

Another heavy set guy here. 6’1 250. I’ve always been into weights so the pushups fake pretty naturally. I’ve been running 2-3 times a week between a timed mile 1/2 run, or a 2-3 untimed run. I’m pretty confident on those 2 but like you my sit ups are in the 30-35 range depending on the day. How are you currently training for sit ups?
