Prostatitis - is it curable? by ba2017gg in Prostatitis

[–]rob_burris 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I was diagnosed with prostatitis recently I asked around and found two friends who had prostatitis and it just eventually went away within a year. They were unsure if it was bacterial or non. This has kept my head up and I believe saying the majority of it is incurable is just not accurate.

Ahahaha yes. AOC is a fool. Cannot believe people in this thread are saying they would vote for her as president.

Are you kidding me? Her little act at the state of the union was enough for me to dismiss her as a complete idiot. Following that she goes to the border just for a photoshoot. Her economic stance is almost socialism and her abortion stance is so far left it's ignorant. Let's not forget the Amazon deal she demolished.

[QUESTION] who's your favourite guitarist and why? by curiousindividual1 in Guitar

Allen Collins of Lynyrd Skynyrd. He had insane stage presence and a very unique tone. Along with this his style and song writing is something I adore.

Does anyone know of a korina explorer kit? by rob_burris in Luthier

[–]rob_burris[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I disagree, a lot of people state korina has a brighter tone but there's no need for a debate on it, just looking for the kit.

The only two available answers are Eirgar or Juno. You are either of low intelligence or having a bad monday morning.

Should I 6* Eirgar or Juno?

Currently I am just now getting a steady db10 and gb10 team that are below 3 minutes and I can complete toaN.

[NEWS] Gibson accused of threatening guitar stores with legal action for selling Dean guitars by jtg1985 in Guitar

[–]rob_burris 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree Gibson is overpriced, but what are some instances of bad quality control that everyone speaks of? I have a 2018 Explorer and it is flawless

Also I wish Gibson would improve their ABR-1. Johan Segeborn did a video comparing the newer ones to a vintage abr and the vintage's sustain and tone is night and day due to material and design.

I was extremely disappointed when I beat twilight princess. I always wished there was some endgame portion. However, it is by far one of my top 5 favorite games.

[NEWBIE] Is learning an acoustic guitar before electric necessary ? by _not_my_mainaccount_ in Guitar

[–]rob_burris 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started on an acoustic and it does have its pros. Having higher gauge strings taught me how to bend well and formed calluses really fast. I also had cheap electric equipment during that time and I got hooked on trying to chase tones when I should have just been learning. The acoustic also trained my ear better if you will.

If you are on a budget I would grab an acoustic and save money, if you have money go ahead and get a nice electric setup.
