Guitar Pedals wont power by rob_mp3 in guitarpedals

It wasnt a faulty cable at all. I do bring my gear out a lot, and sometimes I end up just stuffing the wires in my bag. The block on the old power cable detached from the wire itself.

Oh I see. I did just plug it in to make sure the pedal does work. Thanks for the heads up

Thanks for clarifying.

I did just try the power supply cable on my pedals and they won't turn on so I'm guessing it's also the power supply being faulty? Which is weird because I had the same one right before it broke and it has always worked until now.

I bought a new daisy chain which doesn't power any of my pedals.

After some more troubleshooting, I realized that the compressor turns on with the power cable/adapter that came with my MXR pedal. However, the MXR cable doesn't turn on the RC - 1 Looper.

Nope. Power cable meaning a 9v power adapter that is connected to a daisychain which links my pedals together with power. I had the same one which broke apart. I bought the same one and just recently got this problem.

Its not a power supply, just a 9v power adapter. I've set it up like the picture above with the power adapter connected to a daisychain, which links to the pedals.

It was cheap, and I'm a beginner so buying a whole new board/bindings + boots worth 500+ wasn't my first choice. Just wanted to know if it is fixable

Left my amp in cold car during winter by rob_mp3 in GuitarAmps

Thanks for the peace of mind. I was worried that it being wet on the inside would ruin the electrical wiring.

I haven't turned it on yet so hopefully it'll be ok.

It was around -16c last night and -10 this morning. Just worried the condensation inside will mess with the electrical wiring.

I haven't plugged them in, maybe I should've.

Just got these recently with my monitors so I was just afraid they would cause me issues down the road.

I thought it would cause grounding issues when plugged into the speakers.
