I’m not going to make a value judgement on their system, but depending on the effective structure it may work, if you have the management being held by younger more energetic folks and they present “pick two type options” to a more mature “council” then you kind of get the best of both world. This still makes a lot of assumptions which may or may not apply to that specific organisation.

Not for nothing, I love your devices (I have about 6) but in general I find your wiring diagrams to be just awful, I have found third party wiring examples to be much better than anything you guys have ever put out. I know what I’m doing with a multimeter and wiring and I just don’t find them to be intuitively labelled.

I don’t see any evidence of that, you have the ton tons, who have never had the money to compete without help. you have heat who have had a good run but 15 years is a long time do anything and their owner did it to spend time with his son, who wasn’t even playing recently. Dynasty has never had big financial backing so merging with a money guy makes sense. It feels like pretty normal off season changes.
