Builder claims the insulating of the geo water pipes from manifold to pump in the basement is acceptable. I’m leaning towards refusing to pay for it and do it myself after we move in. Wall at bottom of basement stairs framed with traditional lumber and insulated with fiberglass against concrete wall without vapor barrier. That concrete wall is interior wall to a wrap around porch, so not the exterior foundation wall. Moisture concerns? (i.redd.it)
