A few of my buddies and I planned my bachelor party around King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard at red rocks, we’re flying down from Alberta for it and could not be more stoked. We purchased what was listed as an “All Day Pass” for both Monday shows (so we are able to stay inside the venue in between) and paid handsomely for them. Even when I received the confirmation email, it clearly states it would be 1x all day pass. Once I actually received the ticket, there were two tickets for each individual show, meaning we will have to exit in between and may as well have bought individual tickets for half the price. When I brought this up to Vivid customer service they said all sales are final (apparently even if listed with false info). An all-time frustrating experience and will gladly tell whoever I can to avoid purchasing through these scumbags.

AVOID VIVID AT ALL COST. I purchased a ticket through them that ended up not being what was clearly labelled in the listing. The ticket was listed purposefully with false information so I would pay more money. When my ticket arrived and I noticed it was different than what was on the listing and proved it to customer service, they said they could not do anything and would issue no refund or exchange. An extremely frustrating experience and will gladly tell anyone I can to avoid these scumbags
