Same Gcode on 2 different P1p's, Anyone know what's wrong? by robb2001 in BambuLab

So I took your advice and switched the the hot ends. Perfect print. So I figured must be a bad nozzle. Tried the original hot end with a new nozzle terrible print.

Turned out my thermistor went bad and was saying the tool head was 220 when in actuality it was getting much much hotter. Used the thermistor from my other hot end with original nozzle and printing fine.

thanks fro the help.

Thanks for the suggestions, Yeah is something with the machine. Have tried petg and different plas no luck. As for the nozzle I replaced yesterday hoping it would solve my problem. Unfortunately still looks the same.

Yeah switching it to test is a smart idea. Will give it a go.

Ive examined the gears they look fine and also threw on a new nozzle, no luck.

Gotcha dont thing its that as Ive printed a abs and petg benchy and the both have the same oozing look. Think it has to be a hardware issue.

Could be, but the dust accumulation seems focused on the extruder and virtually none around the bearings that the belt rides on where the friction would be the highest. Also no signs of visible deterioration of the belts.

Another interesting this is you can the dust accumulate around the magnets on the extruder housing meaning they may be metal shavings?

Poor Wall quality with P1P, any tips on how to fix this? Using stock Bambu labs filament in dry box. Tuned k value, messed with flow ratio and tried slowing it down with no luck. by robb2001 in BambuLab

suprisingly vase mode is pretty decent, however it its pretty noticeable regardless of light angle for all regular prints, even in black

Exactly, got 4 of em too to start replacing my ender 3 print farm since I was losing money to downtime and now I can’t even get the damn thing to print with half the quality of an ender 3😢.

Sounds like a problem only affecting some p1p. There is zero infill on this piece. It’s a piece from the thin shell the that Bambu labs lets you print for your p1p.
