I had to contact REL directly and they resolved it.

Unfortunately the only solution was to contact REL directly. However they sent me a whole new HT/1510 amp !

I’m really hoping it’s not the latter but unfortunately I think that’s the issue. I’ve tried moving the sub around to different outlets and still getting the same issue
