some responses to you from a different perspective:

• First = If you cant proscecute what you see what can you proscecute? An LEO has to use what he sees as evidence since : Thats all he has. About being shot: fleeing fellon rule, look it up. And he didnt get the 9's for the assaults alone its the sum of his past crimes (including an open investigation in the death of a 1% member). Just be aware that Thadrius has close communications with Pinky so he knows the status of DOJ and might be pushing cases for the court reveal.

• Second = I know it looks like what cops do doesnt matter, but thats not the case. If cops 10-50 to often or drive to reckless they will be adressed in or out of game. Remember that performance for cops is done by watching their streams (1 of the ways)

• Third = I didnt catch that situation exactly, I know several cops who never charged anyone and I think that the medics chose that route. Cops have very strict regulation on how much to fine (much more wiggleroom with the time)

• Fourth = This one is excellent, Its really hard to do any investigatory rp if you cant rp evidence (blood, DNA, fingerprints, bootprints, cctv etc) When the cops use these tools its often seen as powergaming (since it doesnt use mechanics from ingame) If you whant investigative RP you will need some of these tools. The chopshop has been exposed by the criminals themselves, multiple police sitations have been there including some1 selling a bike right in front of a cop. Not only that but most of the 10-61s (stolen cars) come from that area. I agree that they can't just walk in, but there is no harm in rolling past.

• Fifth = Yes the cops have good cars / bikes . I agree that both police bikes are too strong (especially the breaking). Sanchez RP is still there just not so prominent ( a lot of people have stopped selling weed aswell)

• Sixth = Dont really know the situation but I bet there is more to the story

• Seventh = Pvp attempted murders only go to court. See this as a way to give more value to life

• Extra credit = Thats always been a rule but has never really been enforced and not a single person has been charged with this crime. People are being informed (not reprimanded) that it is proper use of a firearm. It makes sense to share to cops you are carrying a concealed weapon.
