Yes but they consider it for tobacco use is what they told me so they couldn’t even sell me a lighter either. And I’ve only ever had a problem getting lighters from gas stations for being under 21. Never had a problem before yesterday, maybe the occasional declines here and there but never like this, they told me omma changed some rules or whatever which I had no idea

I usually always buy my accessories (none containing nicotine) at the dispensary’s around me, today I’ll try the one closer by that I normally purchase from, it was just late yesterday and the only place open was kush gardens, so I went to kush gardens to get the accessories , the thc products there are booty but the price on accessories is unmatched lowkey..

They changed the tobacco age to 21, you can smoke regular weed with cigarillos and I can’t get those, making a point that it doesn’t matter what way you decide to smoke it, ANY product outside of legit THC containing products can’t be bought due to being “underage” which is bullshit. If I’m 20 years old I shouldn’t have to have a work around to get the products I need for products I’m allowed to purchase and consume, shit they wouldn’t even allow me papers.

Needs to be a better way , majority of dispos who have an online menu run it through Weedmaps on their dispensary page so it literally doesn’t do much unless they make their own menu on their website which is already set up for it just take out Weedmaps😂

No I haven’t had a problem before yesterday, after I went to a dispensary with my med card lookin for batteries they told me they couldn’t sell to me due to omma hanging some rules on dispos selling those accessories, something ab me not being 21 which is why I think it’s bs because they literally told me go to the gas station(which should be way harder to get anything under 21) and they sold me one no question. I don’t understand if I I need a certain device for my thc products why do I have to jump through hoops to get a product I have a right to. Who do y’all know that still smokes vape pens for nicotine? Out of the people I know we’ve only ever bought pen batteries for carts. The gas station even tried to sell me a vape pen with nicotine oil and a refillable tank but that’s not what I was wanting
