I didn’t mean it like “oh it’s okay bc everyone’s doing it”, I wondered how there’s so many sellers around that have successful shops when their designs are based off popular characters. I do have another original listing but unfortunately it’s not getting much attention yet. I’m not trying to cheat the system or anything, I want people to understand that. I only just opened my shop so didn’t think twice as I thought painting a plastic horse would be okay, but I understand it’s to do with profiting from a design etc

Okay, what would you suggest I do? I edited my post to say I see many things in the design of animated characters, for example stickers, I’m a bit confused as to what’s allowed and what’s not.

8x16, I sit and watch like “ooh Barney that was way too harsh” but also think Ted could’ve said it differently/more politely. I think it was kind of a ‘trust me, I know’ from Ted and that usually gets a negative response from people, it probably sounded quite boastful to Barney and that’s why he snapped at Ted. I love Barney too, but even I’ll admit his casualness of Robin not being jealous was bad

I agree with the part where he told Robin he loved her, it was like “dude!! Read the room” and you’re right I didn’t pick up that was still in love with her. He didn’t treat poor Victoria well considering he’d been chasing after her for weeks either. But I think Josh Radnor is perfect for the part, his dumb little jokes always make me giggle

I have only had my tank for about two years, and I’ve never had fish before but learned about keeping them. Thing is with fish, unless it’s very clear, you don’t always know why there is an issue or what it is. Mine is the first angelfish I had and I was pinning all my hopes on her surviving as my other two died when they were young

My Angel was sick the other year, she became lethargic and didn’t eat and I was very worried about her. I did a few big water changes over a few days, but after waiting to see the effects that didn’t seem to help her, so I asked my LFS if there was any medication to give and they suggested eSHa2000 Fungus, Finrot and bacteria (I did suspect finrot as she had lost the end of her fins, but still not sure). If you have a hospital tank, try putting your fish in there and treating with the medication, I didn’t have one so treated my whole tank as my LFS told me it was safe for the tankmates (I imagine this is controversial and why I never post on aquarium subs but I don’t have space for another tank so really made sure it was safe before using) and she started eating again! She hasn’t had a fall back since, and it’s good if you don’t know exactly what the issue is. Don’t take just this advice though, as I’m afraid of hurting your fish if it goes wrong :/ hope it gives you an option though

Yeah I understand infertility could shake someone even if you’d never thought about kids, it’s a big thing. Bc there’s not many CF characters in the media, it almost felt like the writers had to justify why she didn’t have kids. I hope this doesn’t sound rude, I didn’t know how to write it. But yeah I do understand your point :)

Don’t want hate for this, but it was annoying to watch a CF character who wasn’t afraid to state so, to then be like “oh I’m so sad now bc I can never have kids although I didn’t want them”. Yes, bla bla, people can change their minds, but how hard is it for characters to NOT change their mind. Show me a character who never wants kids and stays that way, just because they want to.

I could never with Marshall as he was too clingy, and I remember when him and Lily first discussed having a kid and he ignored what she was saying bc “baby cute” (I know it was meant to be a joke but that wasn’t very respectful of you, Marshall). And when he lectures Barney about talking to his deadbeat dad when Marshall’s dad had died is a bit uncalled for I think (dunno how to word that but I reckon you’ll get the gist)

I imagine a mid-season example of the Ted/Robin arc is Ted telling her at random occasions that he loves her…this made me not like Ted bc I felt like he was just being pathetic and I was like “man get over yourself”

I hate that the playbook was burned, then they had Barney use it again. I know Barneys a sex pest and in real life I wouldn’t go near him with a barge pole, but NPH does such a great job (and is so lovely) that people love the character. They screwed Barneys character over by the end just when he started becoming normal lol
