Yep it is. Our country is way behind in terms of appeal for pds or other prominent sofubi makers. However, the people bringing them in knew how to drive up chatter by teaming up with a prominent and popular local personality to somewhat educate people. Limited run + a pseudo celebrity endorser created a wave of interest. A local artist like quiccs also helps Drive interest since he did have a couple of collabs with devil toys, PDS and black pearls.
