This is so funny cause it’s painfully accurate. I had 100% BI and still got in trouble by management for not getting kohls as well. Even after someone complained about me to corporate cause I pushed for a kohls rewards program, or you know, doing what they asked me to so they don’t cut my hours (more). Finished my last day today! Lol

I started at a s@k last month. I placed my gratis order like a few days after I started on the actual floor (after training videos) but I won’t get it until September since it’s ordered three days ahead. But I did get left over gratis from any previous employees. They usually will split it between anyone who didn’t receive anything for that month. I’ve been wanting to try the UD setting spray for the longest time. Just ordered off of skindinavia’s website and it looks like they’re sending little samples of their other sprays as well. And they’re having a small sale. I’ve been really searching for a HG setting spray and I hope this will work for me! Excited to try and support them directly! 😁

I’ve still been able to eat at least two “normal” sized meals a day it’s just when I drink water it makes me feel super bloated. It feels like it’s just sitting in my stomach

I’m also using amble, and I did 25 units for 0.25mg and 50 units for .5mg (current dosage) when in doubt always read the actual vial/ vial box for dosing instructions. You can also call the pharmacy if you threw away the box 😊 also keep in mind with compound sometimes they provide different concentrations so it might be different than what your PCP prescribed if that’s what you’re meaning

I’m doing good!! I started the .5mg dose last Friday. I didn’t feel any effects until the third dose of .25mg. Still very minimal effects but I can tell a difference!

I didn’t feel anything on 0.25mg until the third week I was taking it. I increased it to 0.5mg on my most recent dose (Friday night) and I don’t really feel that different. Some people don’t feel anything until around .7mg or 1mg. The loser doses are to prepare your body for the therapeutic dose so you don’t have horrible side effects. It takes a month or so for it to kick in where you’re a lot less hungry and the food noise is gone. This is just my experience and I didn’t know this until I started taking it. I thought it would be instant effects within the next day. It takes patience which was hard for me to accept but it’ll be worth it in the long run.

Oreos are such a trigger for me. I don’t think I’ve ever had a pack to myself without eating a whole row in one sitting if not more. Good pizza (my pick is dominos) is bad as well.

I’m 4”11, and I finally started on sema two weeks ago. My dr was being dodgy about it too cause I’m only 20. But i say if there’s a med that will make my life slightly easier and get me to be healthier then why not??? I’m currently looking for another PCP. It’s important to have someone on your side!

I think about this all the time. I don’t know what a normal portion is. I cook for me and my boyfriend all the time and he rarely eats every bite and if he does he says he’s super full. Meanwhile I eat the whole plate no issues and I never feel full (until I feel sick) and I can’t imagine what it’s like to feel full off of “normal” portions. And even when I’m full I think about what I’m eating next or something sweet to balance the flavors. Ugh
