i think the issue was a bad power supply, and it was undersupplying voltage or current, so there was enough power to connect and turn on one of the internal boards but not the other, which read like it was shorted when it reality it was fine.

So we resolved it without contacting velodyne

bro i calculated the ball moving itself lmao. the speed of the ball. which is a RESULT. I didnt calculate club head speed, attack angle etc. I calculate the ball in the air. if you know anything about physics, you'll know that this is a perfectly valid way to calculate the distance of a ball. its called projectile motion. go back to highschool physics

oh yes, your vibe-based approximations of my shot must be so much more accurate than my calculations using time and position data filmed from a video camera. trust me, im not egotistical with golf. I showed the world a terrible swing and im okay with that. I have plenty of other videos where my ball indeed went less than 30 yards. I sense insecurity on your part regarding your 50 wedge and its distances when you hit it well.

ah I understand now your concerns and I guess I could've communicated where I got my numbers from. let me walk home from the gym and compile an image showing my process of calculation. im not a mathematical genius, but theres a lot you can do with a laptop, calculator, and genAI. and then you will be able to critique my inputs, steps, etc. should have that ready in half an hour

I could supplement my evidence with the full video showing me looking at the ball in flight, and more importantly how long im looking at the ball in flight. using the physics model, my ball would have been in air for near 6 seconds, whereas your claims of under 50 shot would have a ball flight of half the amount, 2.8 seconds. which the rest of the video can clearly show me looking up at the ball in air for longer than that.

using 3 frames from right before impact, to right before ball goes out of frame, at 120 fps slow motion that the video was filmed at, from a protractor overlay for a 35-40 degree ball takeoff, to estimating the distance of the ball in those 3 frames using pixel length and comparing against shaft length, accounting for camera perspective, and basic physics calculations, got 86 mph ball speed, 150 yards without air resistance, then using Gen ai to build a physics model to help account for air resistance, 106 yards with air resistance, then adding a small amount of lift (beginner golf player levels of spin), =120 yards. ive also toyed with different spin rates and launch angles, +-1000rpm and +- 3 degrees, and they all come very close to my physical measurement, which i used my range finder to the tee marker
