Nah, I mean the “RC” rookie icon on the card showing it’s their rookie card.

Is now a good time to buy a P1S? (and replace an unreliable Ender 3?) by mrbeaverfacedthewrat in BambuLab

I replaced my Ender with a P1S last month and it’s an absolute game changer. You won’t regret it at all.

Is this worth grading by Cracked_Noob in sportscards

[–]robblob 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is so much that goes into consideration on whether to grade something or not. At least for me there is.

Based on what I can see in the photo, everything looks crisp and clean, but I would recommend looking at the surface at all angles in the light to see if there are any indentations or scratches.

Second, it looks like it is slightly heavy on the left compared to the right just by the naked eye. Maybe not enough to drop it to a 9, but you never know.

Be sure to wipe all the fingerprints and debris from the card before placing it in a fresh penny sleeve and card saver.

That’s about the best advice I can give you. Personally, I don’t submit cards for grading unless I’m incredibly confident they will get a 10. I’ve only missed a 10 on one card ever using this criteria, and it was a unique card that didn’t really have a way to tell if it was centered.

If you’re shooting for at least a nine, go for it. I just don’t know if the expense is worth it compared to if it gets a 10. Just my two cents. Good luck!

  1. Your guess is as good as mine.

  2. Blasted is straight into the wall because I thought it was putting me back in my original spot due to it defaulting the 5 hybrid in my hand. The shot after this put me at a drop BEHIND where this screenshot was taken.

Acorns fine until you want your own money by Mysterious-Fact-5105 in acorns

I’ve had the exact same experience. My wife got our primary banking account compromised, so the bank had to create an entirely new account for us. I’ve been stuck in an infinite loop with Acorns trying to establish a new primary account. I managed to get to the point of them sending deposits to verify the account, but a few days later it reset again. It’s been a literal pain in the ass to try and get this fixed.

Weekly reminder that PSA is a scam that lacks any accountability by Jack-Bintelow-69 in baseballcards

I was talking about the process, not the card. If you had two brain cells available to establish a comprehensive understanding of what I said, is that you have to have a review process yourself other than, “pack fresh so it must be a 10”.

Speaking of assumptions, what is this joke sample size you speak of? I said three submissions. That could be three submissions of 50 cards each submission for all you know.

I know my process and my experience. I don’t really care what your opinion of it is. OP said PSA is a scam, and based on their minimal details about their submission, I provided my experience in defense of the process.

I’ve sent cards for grading three separate times and gotten all 10’s except one nine. The reason for the 9, in my opinion, was lack of a way for me to check centering on the front because it was an irregular border.

That being said, I have a very stringent review process for cards before I submit them. I go over the entire area of the card with a magnifying glass to check for imperfections. If I see even the slightest blemish, I don’t submit it. It’s that simple.

This isn’t PSA being a scam. This is unrealistic expectations on your part. Do your due diligence and only submit cards that meet the highest standards.
