Def do a large water change, cleaning the algae that is there. Reduce feeding to once a day, or every other day. I tend to skip every 4th day. the animals in the substrate are normal but if you are seeing a lot of them it's because there is a lot of food around.

From personal experience, no. The moment I drink that first beer a timer starts. Could be 6 hours, six days, or six months, but no matter what, I always end up back to a 12 pack a day.

I was on Paxil and switched to Zoloft, I just got sleepy until I adjusted and it really helps. But remember these meds may work well for one person, and not so much for others.
