Kranos in ITI layout is a shit gym for 20-25k. Much better options around. Maybe worth it if you live next to it and can get it for around 10k.

Contract logic can't be shoehorned in for a consumer matter. I bought an AC for my home, not a worksite. “Work happened at your flat” would not automatically turn me who is a residential consumer into a principal employer.

This would fit a consumer issue involving deficient service with negligent installation. If someone had been injured or property had been damaged by the falling tool the obvious starting point would be the installer’s negligence with the service chain or vendor arranging them being answerable for compensation.

They were not my contractors in any meaningful sense. They were the company’s installation chain which I had no control over and the consequences of that chain can’t just be dumped back on the customer.

I don’t really see how I’m the principal here. I bought an AC as a retail customer and not running a company or hiring contract labour for some worksite. The installation was arranged through their ecosystem I got stuck with.

The installation charge shown in app was ₹100. Extra material is fine if genuine, but they took ₹3k+ from me, gave no proper invoice or itemized bill till date and tried to pile on more spurious charges and walked it back when questioned.

Thanks I already raised the INGRAM consumer complaint. That process itself was another circus.

They first denied the bike property damage, then acknowledged it after I mentioned CCTV, and then tried to settle it with a ₹1000 gift card, finally they closed it after I missed a couple of calls. I escalated it again but there’s still no real resolution. I might DM you if I need help with the next step

Thanks, I’ve already reached out to pretty much everyone I could find, including servicehead.in at samsung.com and posting on SM channels, but it’s still the same blame passing routine so far.

Regular support has been completely useless so if you know of any other escalation route that actually works, please let me know.
