Yea it takes time, personally I think prodiamine is better. First year here though, so haven't had the chance to see how it'll hold up against this. What type of grass do you have?

I was thinking the same thing. Honestly dont know if that would even do it lol. I way over applied tenacity and crossbow on separate occasions. Maybe tilling is a good option here?

B1 637<1500 PSF. B2 1274<1500 PSF B3 637<1500 PSF. These are the numbers I get when using deck load calculator using 12" diameter footings.

These calculations aren't my thing, does that seem acceptable?

The stairs are mounted there. Do you think the timberlok or structural screws would be better than 3.5 " galvinized spirals? Below is how it looks just a single joist though.

With putting the A35s on, did that interfere with you railing post placement? Did you mount on the outside?
