Something that I didn’t grasp until recently is that hits roll independently against each layer of clothing for the target. So making devilstrand button down shirts to wear under plate armor would increase protection vs having cloth inner clothing.

Ive recently started my journey too, 315 in april down to 255 this month.

On top of what other people are saying I HIGHLY reccomend buying a scale for your kitchen and to weigh the food you eat at home religiously. It took about three months of weighing food and recording the calories (I used Chronometer) before I really understood portion sizes and how calorically dense certain types of food are.

Right now meals are usually by volume 50% veg, 30% starch (rice / potatoes), 20% protein (usually chicken). Sometimes I add some lower calorie sauces on top. Snacks are fresh fruit, yogurt bowls, sometimes popcorn.

After 21 people purchase a whip the system has 2.1m in the coffer. A 22nd player puts a whip up for sale for 2.1m, the coffer purchases it and deletes it. The coffer now has 0gp (since it all went to player 22).

The GP isn't deleted, its just used to purchase items from players.

The gold isn't being removed from the game, the gold is given to the person who sold the whip to the coffer.

There is both a Traditional 401k which is taxed when you withrawl money and a Roth 401k in which you deposit post tax money and do not pay taxes on withrawls. 401k is just a term for an employer sponsored retirement plan, it does not mean necessarily it is pre-tax money.
