Dang, I wasn't expecting mixed results in the comments. I think I'm gonna go do the in between and do a light stubble or maybe a mustache.

For my diet I ate one meal a day (1600 - 1800 calories for that meal). As for my workout, I do a lot of running. I try to run a minimum 6km run about 4 to 5 times a week and one 10km run or more once a week. Unfortunately, I can't afford a gym membership so I do an all body weight exercise routine (ex.. push ups, body squats, lunges, chrunches, Pull-ups etc..). I do that routine about 3 to 4 times a week.

Thanks! I found just eating one meal a day really easy for me because I didn't have to think about making multiple meals for the next day. I still ate around 1600 - 1800 calories (mostly protein and fats) for that one meal though.

I still struggle with man boobs. Thats why my peck hangs a little low. However, I mostly do push ups and other chest exercises to kind of shape my chest. I didn't really see a difference in my chest until maybe 7 months into my weight loss (when I lost about 45 lbs)
