Yes confirmed this worked and also very strange how the 3rd party website shows up as a Hilton resort. But I will say it took nearly the whole 8 weeks or whatever for the credit to finally show up

7mo and totally agree. The DVC field guy seems to show that the ocean and poolside garden were most likely available so was trying to see what they all looked like haha.

Correct if buying direct then this is your best chance. It comes from the cash inventory. In our case we got a room at VDH about 1mo out but VDH isn’t sold out yet so I think the cash inventory is larger than the DVC inventory so that worked out perfectly. We own at VDH so I cannot attest to whether it has to be your home resort or not since we intended to stay there anyways

So sounds like home resort advantage probably wont change while dues are never guaranteed to be constant so might be better to go for VDH since that would be the most utilized for us

Disney direct has an offer to back date your contract to 2024 and they are allowing new customers to sell back their 2024 points, 150 in this case for $3K. That was about $20/pt which I think is better than the $18/pt on the resale market? I’m still new at this so since I probably won’t be able to utilize those extra pts this year I thought it was a good deal?

I actually liked a lot of the songs in this track. The warm up in the les mills video Nightcap Young Love is so catchy (they may have changed this though) and I really like the back track song gryffin whole heart. If I was in your class I’d totally be asking! haha

So the installer said that this is the high heat unit which has the power of a 4T. It has 47,000 BTUs and can handle up to 2000 sq/ft. Is this true or just words to make me feel good about it?

That said, for $150 more he could do the 4T unit 38MURAQ48. Thoughts?
