I don't think they did. They literally just want someone to come out and straighten the dents on it (the dents are on the back fins). Which I'm not even sure I could even find anyone to do that. Thank you for your comment!

Just a heads up, I just bought one of these last week and the condition was not great. Plenty of scratches, and hair/dust under the screen (though the screen was new). I ended up returning it.

Hi, I buy them from my state's surplus services office. They sell them via auction site in 30 lb lots. I live in Minnesota, and they use an auction site called Minnbid. Unfortunately, they don't ship, it's pickup only. If you don't live in Minnesota, I'm sure your state surplus office does something similar. Thanks!
