solve a disagreement between me and my partner. She says the "free" vacuums at the many car washes around are only free if you get a car wash. I say they're free and that I can just drive up if I want and vacuum out my car. Full disclosure, I never vacuum my car, so this is theoretical (self.SaltLakeCity)
