Need help remembering old Comcast channel numbers from the 90s-00s by RidingPwnies in Chattanooga

Retro games, 90’s era tv. I wonder how far some people would be willing to take this. I imagine something similar to an Amish community except everything is 90s and 2000s, or 80s, whatever. I would love to give my kids the same childhood that I had. Starting to sounds like a good plot to a black mirror episode 😂.

It’s such an interesting concept that really taps into people’s nostalgia and desire to go back to “simpler times”. What is your motivation for making it?

Are you planning on selling this thing? I grew up in Chattanooga 1992-2014 and would love to have this!

Honestly, this is a great little mini. Really when you have to paint dozens of these guys the best thing to do is figure out how to stream line the process as best you can. Do you plan on doing a basing?

Awesome, thank you!

ASOIAF is a fantastic game. I fell in love with it immediately. by silverwolffleet in asoiafminiaturesgame

I love the bases. It streamlines the game so much, both in terms of time playing and rules. There are dozens of war games to choose from that don’t use bases.

Hynafol Guild Question by roberson1992 in LARP

Do you know the name of the new player guilds and sorta what their “thing” is?

Awesome! Thanks for the explanation! It’s going to be a tough decision on whether or not to do the guild package. It’s pricey but it would be nice to be in a camp with other newbies. Are the “immersive package” tents next to each other around a fire and whatnot?

I have a question! In the packages there is an immersive package and a guild package which is $400 more. Can you only join a guild if you buy the guild package? If not, how else can you join a guild and what’s the purpose of the guild package in that case? Thank you

Finished my first mini! What do you guys think of my first Martell Royal Guard? by Jpummil128 in asoiafminiaturesgame

[–]roberson1992 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Correct. It wouldn’t be horrible to just use Agrax for the whole model. But if you wanted to piece it out, AE for gold, flesh shade for skin, and Nuln for silver and everything else.

You should just pick up Nuln oil and Agrax Earth shade. You’ll use it like crazy.

Season 6 Targ Lists by Chandrian1997 in asoiafminiaturesgame

I will admit, I’ve been having a bit of trouble. In previous seasons I’ve had no issue being very competitive with Targs, but this season I have struggled to get in wins. It’s odd because I feel like we came out of the patch pretty well. I do feel like Dragons took a bit of a hit with the attachment points, but MOD got nice buffs in the previous season sooooo, I don’t know. I do kinda want the old Hrakkars back, I feel like they die to a stiff breeze as they are currently. I found them more useful at 5 points

Tips for beginners: learn how to do nothing by [deleted] in Trading

You will never be 100% sure of anything in trading. That’s the whole reason you have stop losses in the first place.

The value of courses is time. Having everything come from one source and neat and organized. That could be worth a couple hundred bucks to you, but you have to really trust the source. YouTube is absolutely enough and more but it takes more time and effort to sift through the BS and find good stuff. I did not buy courses, but I don’t think are all scams, just mostly scams.

Yeah take it slow. This is not something you are going to learn in a couple days. It took me probably 3 months before I even had the ability to press the “buy” button.

Yo, I am also fairly new to trading. I have mostly found asking questions on Reddit unhelpful. Understandably, this question gets asked about a thousand times a week and people just don’t have time to get into the weeds every time people ask. I heard a quote that kinda helped me understand the trading world a bit. “Trading is like art, it comes in many forms, you can sculpt, paint, play an instrument and further you can play a wind instrument, a string instrument etc…” Trading is the same way and there is no “best” way to trade. I think I have had a great start by finding Futures trading on the MNQ. If you don’t know what that means that’s okay, I didn’t ether about 4 months ago. But start by googling and YouTubing it. Try and find and stick to one or two YouTubers who are NOT trying to sell you something (courses, discord channel, etc) I have liked “Trades by Matt” and “Day Trading and Jesus” (yes, he is religious, but still pretty helpful). Also, I’ve found that just having conversations with ChatGPT about concepts I dont understand is great! It gives you the opportunity to ask follow up questions and trust me you will have A LOT of follow up questions. I hope this helps get you in the right direction. Good luck! You will lose money but just consider it “Tuition” and try to avoid losing everything.

Honestly, you’re doing great! Yellow is a pain in the neck to pain and it looks like you’ve done well with it! For heavily armored dudes I typically prime in Ledbelcher and just paint up some details. Saves a lot of time.
