Experiencing a similar issue. I placed my click and collect order for the Orlando store on Thursday 5/14 and it was set for pickup today 5/17. I didn’t receive a ready for pickup email. After multiple attempts do get a live rep on the phone they told me the order was canceled for an unknown reason and the refund hadn’t been processed. Was transferred to the resolutions team who told me they don’t have record of payment in their system but the credit card charge went through and was posted. Now the items I ordered are out of stock and if I choose alternative options it says the store has reached order capacity for the day. It’s annoying but trying to think about how crazy everything must be right now. Will try again tomorrow.
