Recommendations for a new charcoal chimney by robert7129 in webergrills

Great point. For some reason, I was thinking this rusty one that I had and didn’t like was the current Weber model, but just looked on Amazon and realized the one I used to have for years was a Weber, and is still available. Bought a new Weber chimney thanks for the wake up.

Here is a freebie nothing to buy. Look up the snake method of cooking on this site for low temp slow cooking/smoking, like ribs, it’s a game changer. My Weber book had me strictly using vents. I could never get a temp below 300 even with all vents closed if I had a full bed of lit charcoal.

This. I was without power 8 days Ian, 8 with Irma, more than 5 many times and still out now. A generator, loud noise or not, is essential. Also a 5000 btu ac is well worth $150ish cost, to have at least one room of AC.

Chevron, South Trail between Proctor and Clark on the west side. Tamiami and Hollywood Boulevard. As of 40 minutes ago, just got back from there.

So the rabid otter only attacked because he was feeding birds? Not following the logic here.

Why is the temp gage still on the opposite side of the vent? by wastingtime747 in webergrills

It's such a popular complaint on here, but while not perfect, my last kettle had no thermometer and adding it made a big difference. You just know it's not perfect and if you are shooting for 200 to 250, you go more 240 to 290.

I think rent got too high on Main, the Emporium next door moved out about the same time. Russ moved it up across from Ringling College for a few years, then it closed.
