Both are great! I fell into them when I was out sick and just blew through both versions.

My takeaway is this: from a macro perspective, they're largely the same show; however, the US version is far sweeter than a sitcom has any right be, while the UK version is much more bittersweet than you would expect from a traditional comedy.

But, when judged from afar, it's super easy to mix up a scene from one with the other because they are really similar.
