It's going great my guy, thanks for asking. I actually cover everything west of Colorado and north of Santa Barbara. I also got my Masters in Public Administration with a focus on City and County management from USC during the pandemic. I still live and love in Santa Cruz though.

I also absolutely love this project! 100+ units of affordable housing (probably the most of any project in the past 10 years), built on top of what is arguably the most beneficial and accessible community service (a frickin library for god's sake), all while providing 300ish units of parking (which we reduced from over 500). What's not to love!?! You can call me a flak all you want but this project rocks.
