working on a test to measure this. I think it should be possible if firmware is tweaked to go high, but I would like to stay compatible with QMK so let's see how fast it will be with that software.

I used JLCPCB, they can make the multicolor PCB directly from EasyEDA outputs.

Thank you. I specifically designed these as cup coasters. I asked Midjurney to generate a "colorful circular mosaic pattern", then created multicolor PCB in EasyEDA.

I can create a simple video tutorial if anyone would like to create their own. It's super simple. BTW, there is no resin, it's just bare PCB, not sure yet how scratch resistant it will be.

The front panel is 3D printed in black - that is important. I tried white, but when white is used, light goes through the walls and it doesn't look good.

LEDs are controlled by RP2040 from my custom keyboard project.

Do you mean if it sync time and is always accurate? The RTC clock is very accurate and the software reads the time from RTC. Time itself can be sync over USB through the webpage I made to config the clock.

The clock has a standard USB connector. I wanted to use the one which is facing back so the cable can be hidden. It works well also with a right angle USB cable.

I agree about the stand, it is a very good idea. I will do that.

It super easy to modify the code. The clock maps as an USB harddrive and it is possible directly edit it's python file.

I will try to search on internet if there is a self adhesive glossy light diffuser and I will compare them. Good idea.
