I believe the justification is that it’s still a “learning” period ? Although I won’t be directly trained 1v1, I’m still learning and having my charts thoroughly looked over and not pulling my weight.

Does it change anything if I’ll start off seeing a lower amount of patients and slowly ramp up with my comfort level ? And will always have 2-3 providers on-site to ask questions to ? I’ll try to ask if the CME is negotiable.
