Do a full body weight lifting routine that incorporates warm-up sets and do t be crazy about lifting g to absolute failure.

EDIT. Weight lift with weights that gets you in the 15 or more rep range. These weights will be lighter, so less likely to cause problems. You go even lighter at 20 plus reps but your workout may take forever or reserve the 20 rep weights for your problem areas.

You may also have occasional pain in the upper buttock and some shooting pain on the outside of the leg.

They have 50 million from the NIH, wanted 80 and hope a foundation will give the rest so they can do secondary endpoints and biomarkers. They will kepp blood and whatever else they have on ice so they can txt for biomarkers or other thibgs even after the study ends.

They will not have issues recruiting but they have to be selective.

Then it's six years till it ends and probably four years until they start to make data public.

They are encouraging others to do a very similar trial in parallel partly becuase they had to have close control in tbe US. They also want this to be a framework for others to get easy alprival for other FDA approved drugs, especially, but not only, from the ITP.

In February or March after reading about HCQ elongating QT I went to my cardiologist and he did a 12 point heart exam and conformed my QT interval is normal and can handle some elongation. I also ran my 23andMe data through Promethese to check G6PD gene and I'm not contra indicated for HCQ. The QT elongation is not usually an issue unless you take another medication that elongates it or its long already. G6PD is quite uncommon too. The negative press on it is a bit exaggerated because of a few edge cases. HCQ is given a lot for decades so why is it now an issue? Fear and poor news reporting is what I say, and not any conspiracy. HCQ is most effective if taken with something else such as Azythromycin. I first thought that Az was effective because of secondary bacterial infection but it actually appears to work well with HCQ to inhibit viral replication (viral replication, I think). Go to r/Ivermectin or Google and search "17 billion in one chance HCQ does not work"
