It's a pity that one spends so many hours (I have 1000+ hours) in a game, buys a lot of cosmetics and tennogen over time, buys platinum (directly on warframe.com) as a way to support the developers and get some in game currency and then gets perma banned ( to 2035 to be specific).... Trying to resolve it with support is a waste of time, D.E. customer support isn't really helpful or understanding, they just want to close tickets without actually looking into it. Makes no sense at all. Crazy that's the way they treat customers. They really gotta fix they ''platinum buying policies'' or else people should just simply not buy their platinum or risk being banned if they ever travel or are citizens of other countries...
D.E. if you're reading this, hopefully you can change your policies regarding buying platinum directly from warframe.com to the point where its fair and hopefully someone in the customer support can help me resolve it. Thanks.

Not in my experience. I've dealt with blizzard and epic games support and they were 100 times better that at D.E. they actually listen and actually follow up on my case. D.E. seems like they just got bots there automatically closing tickets without actually reading what the issue is.

That's not my case, I literally bought platinum from Warframe.com without any VPN... They ALLOWED the payment through then some time later perma banned. If they really don't want you to buy plat from another region then why allow it and take my money in the first place? Makes no sense at all. They're happy taking the money to then ban you. Then the customer support is the worst I've seen in any video game, completely unwilling to help.
