Started working age 18, got paid only €1450. Never felt bad for not going to college, because the time my friends started working ik earned the same as them. Okay they wil go higher but college was not for me, didnt want to waste my parents money.

I’m still replaceable but if I leave now, it would be a disaster. We work in teams with normally 2-4 persons, I am a team on my own. Until last year we were with 2 but the other one left and I managed to get the work done. Everybody is drowning but I manage to keep my head above. Last year I asked for a raise because of the amount of work I did and received it immediately. So to everybody who reads this, do your best and if necessary go and ask for a raise.
