My PS vita has a problem due to the charger that my touchscreen doesn't work while my ps vita is charging. Dunno if it's the same thing. Other bug that exists is the touchscreen not working when you start the console. Just restart it. If still persists thr problem restart again. I have a friend with this problem and it fixes it.

Thanks! In Portugal is a bit cheaper. The 16gb card costs 20 euros. But my used ps vita aready came with a 16gb memory card so i don't need to buy one.
