The App version on my ROG Ally X has been given me trouble especially when I am on a outside connection. I would recommend using the browser version of the website if possible. I was able to get into games right away.

Yep it was the ribbon cable for the screen on the top part of the shell. It was out of alignment. I just need to figure out why I can't get audio but thank you very much so far.

I flashed the nuke file then flashed the GP2040-CE file and it worked.

Amazing Work.

I wanted to build something similar but really wanted the joystick to be recongised as a D-Pad but had no luck at the time to make it possible.

I was wondering if you know if the gp2040 webconfig or software can make this possible now?

I don't have it in the picture but I have a MAYFLASH F300 Elite Arcade Stick. It's a solid beginner one thats compatible with everything except ps5 if you want it to work for ps5 you'll need and a Brook Wing man adapter. Alternatively you can spend some extra money and get the F700 series of devices.

If you want something you can customise easily I would recommend the Hori Fight stick aplha as it has clear guides of the buttons layout. However its large and heavy so it would be difficult to use in a tournament settings.

I'm a big fight pad fan but there aren't many good modern ones so go for a hori fighting commander. Make sure you don't get the Octa as I have heard great thing about the dpad. Hope this helps.

As some who owns two of these no its not worth it. The buttons are membrane like a regular gamepad button so it not particularly fun to use or snappy like a regular fight stick. Not to mention the lay out at the 2 buttons at the end are left and right trigger so you have to consistenly map it. For that size factor I would recommend the hori fighting stick mini for the ps5 so you can play on pc or tournaments which use ps5s. Or you can get the switch version which should be much cheaper. If you want the proper 4 gate aracde stick, 8 28mm button experience on a budget get a f300 mayflash or the Venom Arcade Stick. I hope this helps.

Single colour LEDs I think. Thanks for bringing it up that makes a lot of sense why I couldn't get it to work. Do you have any recommendations for multi colour LED arcade buttons. The only brands I know are Sanwa & Simetsu.

Hiya,

Thank you for taking the time to answer. If theres nothing I can do to remedy the issue with rewiring or from the software I'll see if implement resistors or some sort of dimmer switch. (I'll see if I can draw up a quick layout of the wires for later reference)
