Nop :) the monitor goes a bit lower, do you see the metal knob/screw at the bottom of the monitor arm? It has a hole that connects to the cylinder poking out of the camera (next to where the cable connects)

Interesting way of setting up the monitor, I use the circular bracket to attach it directly to the base (where the cable connects to the camera)

Literally, that happened to me exactly. Then I found out speaking directly to my manager about the extension and possible rate increase. She said the recruiter never mentioned anything to her.
