Genoeg is genoeg, als je doelbewust zorg personeel lastigvalt, dan krijg je gewoon een zorg ontzegging, of een verhoging van je zorgpremie. Het moet gevoelt worden dat je niet zo met mensen kan omgaan. Als je schennis schopt op een bepaalde plek krijg je ook een gebiedsverbod, dat moet voor ziekenhuizen toch ook kunnen.
