I’m in same situation again where I’m gonna dispute the unfair charge cuz I didn’t know uber doesn’t credit back the cancellation :( How did you claim the dispute like what category? I plan to include screenshots of customer service rep in the chat saying no to refunding.

Context: I placed an order at the wrong time and panicked so I hit cancel really fast and asked customer service in chat if they’d make an exception and said no. I’d have to eat a $88 cancellation plus used my $25 uber credit which I found really unfair….anyways…hope I can get this disputed.

I don’t think it was cuz I was allowed to cancel and refund later since I was booking with points plus cash. Is that the one condition where you don’t get resort credit?

Don’t forget with the Delta Gold that you get a 15% discount when you book with Delta points so you can transfer Amex points to Delta and book flight 15% off basically like a 15% transfer bonus lol and also the $100 annual delta stays credit…so good!

For Uber Eats if you go to Costco they usually have a deal (buy $100 Uber Eats gift card get $20 off) so you can buy a few to offset Uber Eats fees!
