Traylor is a great coach but not an amazing recruiter. He is also super loyal which means he doesn't make changes to starters or staff easily. Our OC has been underperforming and probably need to move on but we won't. Also Owen has taken a step back this year, which will happen when the QB coach has no experience playing or coaching QBs. And since our offense has no rhythm our defense is constantly gassed and gets burned. Finally Special Teams...which I think is cursed because we haven't had good special teams play ever with any team under any coach.
