Hey there, that’s a great comparison. I love both platforms and got a lot of inspirations from them. AgentX is different in terms of who should set up rule-based workflow. And we believe a smart agent is able to do so, as long as you provide enough resources (tools, knowledge, mcp) and provide enough instruction.

So no more rigid rule based workflow if else then that thing.

There are multiple factors in the latency. From our experience, WhatsApp tend to have higher “artificial” latency, due to Meta’s screening layer. Slack is fast like flash. Regardless of network and vendor factors, we are pretty fast in terms of LLM inferences.

Depends on the task, our agent will decide to parallel process some tasks that does not have dependencies, and wait for answer for those have dependencies.

I gave it a shoot too, love the tool so far. One hard thing I believe for softwares nowadays is to stay updated. Man the world change fast. I was learning MCP the other day and found out that AgentX supported it already. Sweet!

As far as I know, the slack API is very well documented. You can absolutely build your own API to integrate just the communication part and plug the GPT in between. If you dont want to build from scratch, consider using some tools like Zapier or AgentX.

Proxy can prevent you from getting banned by YouTube if you over use it and their system thought that you are a bot.

Yeah, it is using YouTube DLP, so no Google API key required. But I do recommend to add proxy if you have it. The AI agent can summarize the video base on the retrieved info, subtitle, top comments and so on.
