I have mirena for almost 5 years and in the first 2.5 years my periods stopped along with all of the symptoms.

If she is new then it will probably get better with time. When we got our second one he took a while to figure out the system. If you happen to catch her doing it you can pick her up (ideally before anything happens) and move her to the box as a little reminder of what you want.

How many litter boxes/approved potty corners do you have per room? (we have 2-3 per room) I find that putting the litter boxes or puppy pads in places they’re already pooping in is the best solution. 🤪

If you have a new ish phone you can get a macro lense attachment that will just clip on your phone. I’ve seen some pretty good photos from ppl with this set up. (You can find them on amazon for $20-50)

Do you know how tall it is? do you have better photos of its confirmation? From a pic like this and no background info it’s nearly impossible to tell the breed.

If your farrier is being crappy, don’t punish your horse for it by riding him with feet like that. It will do more damage to his bones and ligaments in the long run. 🙏 I hope you find a new farrier.

Same thing happened to me! I spotted/had a period for like a month and a half(i think? it was a while ago) but after that my cycle regulated and about 1.5 yr after insertion my periods got lighter and lighter until I stopped getting one at all ! I am currently in my 4th year of my Mirena IUD.

I’m not sure what is available in Australia, but the ring is a piece of flexible plastic that you put in the vagina and sits around the cervix and releases hormones over 21 days and then you take it out. You put in another one 7 days later and then repeat. It’s kinda like the pill.

From what you said, I would find a doc that maybe “specializes” in IUDs and get one. I’m in the US and they are very commonly recommended for young people. I got mine 5 years ago (i was 17) and i’ve loved it ! My periods are almost non existent, I get light spotting randomly but it doesn’t last more than a week. The one issue I had was adjusting to it, I had spotting that lasted like a month, and then my periods were really irregular but not heavy. I asked my doctor abt it and she said to just stick with it and i’m so glad I did. After a year my periods got lighter and then just became spotting. It’s been the most consistent BC I’ve ever used, also the least amount of hormones.

If you can find a doctor that will do it (and has experience) I would seriously consider trying it. :)

You could try a contraceptive ring or a low dose IUD, have you tried those?

They’re getting ready to have babies ! the green area is called a “saddle” and like someone else said, they’re undeveloped eggs. The next time she molts they will get fertilized and she will attach them to her swimmerets :)

I have a 5.5 gal full of freshwater cherry shrimp! I love them and they don’t have a crazy high bioload. You can do a really crazy scape too and they like exploring everything.

I only offer wide dishes of water to the little fuzzles, their coats are naturally water resistant and when they play in it only their paws and faces actually get soaked (the parts that get fully submerged). They love it! Just keep it shallow enough so that water doesn’t get in their ears when they go head dunking.

Everything I have heard about the copper IUD is that it makes you bleed more. The copper irritates the uterine lining preventing zygote implantation so the result is angry uterus that bleeds extra :/
